We have a great sense of responsibility in handling images of your life history, responsibility in giving them the value they deserve, in making them last, in making them live again and again, always beautiful, through the pages of your photo book.

We love taking care of your memories, we don't take your satisfaction for granted, on the contrary, we do everything to obtain it.

For this reason, if you are not truly satisfied with the quality of your photo book, we ask you to contact us within 14 days of receipt to explain the reasons and to remedy it.

 

What are the conditions for requesting a reprint?

If the photo book has a defect that is objectively our responsibility, such as a stain, a fold, an imperfect binding, or damage due to shipping (see conditions below) we will reprint it as soon as possible, at no additional cost .

If, on the other hand, you are not satisfied with your photo book due to an oversight of yours, for example a spelling error or the use of images with a lower resolution than the recommended one, we are ready to help you solve the problem and give you a 30% discount on the reprint.

Please note that we do not offer any color correction services, we print the images exactly as the files received, with the highest quality digital printing. Therefore, when the printout matches the files received and there is no room for improvement, we reserve the right to reject claims relating to image quality.

How should I behave with the courier if my parcel is not intact?

 

Se il tuo pacco non è integro e presenta, ad esempio, delle ammaccature, piegature o è bagnato, o se il numero dei colli non corrisponde al numero riportato sul cedolino del corriere, è necessario che prima di firmare tu scriva sul cedolino del corriere: ACCETTO CON RISERVA SPECIFICA.

Failure to sign with specific reserve will not allow us to proceed with the free reprint of your order. In the event that the carrier refuses to deliver the material with reserve, you are required to reject the goods.

Once the package has been collected, you will need to photograph the package and the parcel tag before opening it and checking if it is intact. If the material is damaged, you must send us an email attaching photos of the package, the package marker and the goods received within 5 days of receiving them.

Payment Methods

Pay as you prefer, but always in safety.

 

Credit card

You can pay for your order by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay credit cards. Once you have viewed the payment form from our certified payment service provider, you will be asked for your credit card number, the card's expiry date and the three-digit security number which you will find on the back of your card. Your credit card details will be transmitted directly to the banks, without Happic having access to them. Your account will be debited upon shipment of the goods.

 

PayPal

To access this payment method you must have an active Paypal account. Once the window for the Paypal online payment service is displayed, log into your Paypal account with your e-mail address and password, you can then confirm the payment. Your account will be debited as part of processing your order.

 

Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, you can use the payment methods already associated with your Amazon account to make your purchase on Happic. Once the Amazon Pay payment window appears, use your Amazon credentials (email address and password) to log in and accept the user agreement, choose a payment method from those available on your Amazon account and proceed with the checkout in all simplicity.

How will my order be shipped?

To get your Happic photobooks to you with the maximum guarantee of safety, we rely on the experience and professionalism of the GLS express courier, our long-standing partner. As soon as GLS has taken delivery of your shipment, it will send you an e-mail with the tracking number that will allow you to trace it, and with the possibility of changing the delivery date.

 

How much is shipping?

Il servizio di spedizione con corriere espresso GLS costa € 5,00 +IVA, anche per ordini multipli.

 

What are the delivery times for my order?

It will take 9/10 working days to receive your Happic photo book, 7 for production and 2/3 for shipping by express courier. You will be able to follow the shipping status of your order through the tracking number that you will receive at your email address.
